LORNA'S BIOGRAPHY Lorna’s work evolved from an early fascination with movement and noticing how horses with better structure had an easier gait and more endurance. Judging livestock and drawing (a lot) enhanced her eye for detail. She was a competitive horsewoman and a nationally exhibited artist in her teens.
Lorna received her B.A. with a distributive major in Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science from the University of Colorado. Her time in Colorado interested her in skiing and mountaineering, which she pursued traveling abroad. This introduction to so many other cultures impacted her understanding of how people communicated verbally and non-verbally and functioned. These experiences contributed to a life-long interest in preventive health maintenance and enhanced performance.
While attending the University of Colorado Lorna enrolled in her first yoga classes. Later her personal practice developed as she studied with different teachers before becoming a teacher herself. Her interests became a career of working with individuals and teaching workshops locally and internationally.
Lorna looks forward to her sessions, classes, and traditional tea readings as an opportunity to learn and to share.
